Calculating Budget Costs for Activities
Once you have assigned individual costs and resources to your activities, you can have Open Plan roll up these budgets to the activity level.
Using the Cost Calculations dialog box, you can have Open Plan perform the following budget cost calculations:
- You can base the calculations on early, late, or scheduled dates.
- You can indicate if Open Plan should use only base resource unit costs for the calculations or consider cost escalations as well.
