Assigning Multiple Resources to Multiple Activities

Use this procedure to assign multiple resources to multiple activities.

To assign one or more resources to multiple activities:

1. In Open Plan Explorer, display one of the following views:
   • Activity Barchart View
   • Activity Spreadsheet View
   • Network View
2. Select the activities to which you want to assign resources.
3. In the Dialogs menu group of the Edit tab, click Details.
4. On the Resources tab of the Activity Details dialog box, select a Resource field.
5. Click the ellipsis next to the input box.
6. In the Select Resource dialog box, select the appropriate resources, and click OK.
7. On the Assign Multiple Resources to Multiple Activities, enter the information for each of the listed resources.
8. Click OK.
