Spreadsheet Preferences Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to specify spreadsheet view properties.

The User Preferences dialog box contains the following tabs:

Buttons
The table below provides information about the buttons in this dialog box.

| OK | Click this button to accept your input and close this dialog box. |
| Cancel | Click this button to cancel your input and close this dialog box. |
| Help | Click this button to display the help about the specific tab that is displayed. |
When the information in a spreadsheet is hierarchical, you can enable outlining and use four buttons to control the information that is displayed in the spreadsheet.

This button expands the selected level in the spreadsheet to display the data one level downward in the hierarchy. This button is displayed at the left of a spreadsheet line only if the data can be expanded.
Open Plan also features an Expand button on the Edit tab that is enabled only when data that can be expanded is displayed. |

This button collapses the selected level in the spreadsheet to hide the current level in the hierarchy. It is displayed at the left of a spreadsheet line only if the data can be collapsed.
Open Plan also features a Collapse button on the Edit tab that is enabled only when data that can be collapsed is displayed |

This button, located on the Edit tab, expands the entire project to display all levels in the hierarchy. |

This button, located only on the Edit tab, collapses the entire project to display only to top level in the hierarchy. |
