Link Fields in a Spreadsheet
Use this procedure to link fields in a spreadsheet.
To link fields in a spreadsheet:
- In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, display a multi-table spreadsheet.
- In the Table menu of the View tab, click Preferences.
- In the Spreadsheet Preferences dialog box, click the Define Link tab.
- Define the link between fields on the From and To data tables, and click OK.
- In the spreadsheet view, add columns as needed to display the required information.
