Link Fields in a Spreadsheet

Use this procedure to link fields in a spreadsheet.

To link fields in a spreadsheet:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, display a multi-table spreadsheet.
  2. In the Table menu of the View tab, click Preferences.
  3. In the Spreadsheet Preferences dialog box, click the Define Link tab.
  4. Define the link between fields on the From and To data tables, and click OK.
  5. In the spreadsheet view, add columns as needed to display the required information.
