Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Resource Management Wall Chart Add-in

The Resource Management Wall Chart tool is similar to the Open Plan histogram view showing the loading of various resources.

While a histogram view gives detail loading information, it is not easy to see the loading of multiple resources on a single page.

Note: Each resource is listed on a single line on the chart.

Colored Blocks

Against each resource are a series of colored blocks representing the following:

  • Grey: non-working time (for that resource)
  • Blue: the resource is used (somewhere between 0 and 100% of availability)
  • Red: the resource is overloaded
