  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Renumber Activities Add-in

The Renumber Activities tool is available when an activity view is in focus and two or more activities are selected.

It enables you to renumber the local portion of the Activity ID for selected activities using a start value and increment. It will not renumber activities that have different parents or are at different levels. It is intended for contiguous groups of activities that all have the same parent task.

When selected, you are prompted for the start value and increment. For example, if you enter a Start Value of 10 and Increment of 10, the tool will renumber the activities as follows:
