Log In Assistance (Forgotten Password or User ID) Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to retrieve a forgotten Open Plan user ID or reset a forgotten Open Plan password.
| Field | Description |

| I Forgot My Password | Select this option to reset your Open Plan password. PPM
Administrator checks the email address associated with the user account. Enter
your User ID and click
Send.
Clicking Send allows Deltek to send you an email message with a temporary password, which lets you access your account |
| I Forgot My User ID | Select this option to receive a
reminder for your assigned user ID. When you select this option, the
Email Address field is activated. Enter the
email address that is associated with your user ID and click
Send.
Clicking Send allows Deltek to send you an email message with the user ID information. |
| Send | Click this button to send the temporary password and/or user ID to your email address for this account. |
| Cancel | Click this button to close the dialog box and go back to the main login dialog box. |
