  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Generate Milestones Professional Reports

If you have the Milestones Professional® (MP) application installed, you can generate custom reports that take full advantage of its graphic display ability.

Note: Three report templates included with Schedule Driver Analysis enable you to create a Barchart report that documents all critical paths, a separate Path Details report for each critical path you instruct the tool to identify, or a Summary Path report that summarizes the current activities on each path.

To generate MP reports:

  1. Open an Activity Spreadsheet, Barchart, or Network view.
  2. Display the Schedule Driver Analysis dialog box by taking one of the following actions:
    • From the Processes tab, select Schedule Driver Analysis.
    • From the context menu of Activity Spreadsheet, Barchart, or Network views, select Schedule Driver Analysis.
  3. On the Inputs tab, enter or select the necessary information.
  4. Click the Reports tab.
  5. Enter or select the necessary information.
  6. When you are done, click Generate Report.
    It validates the information that you enter on both tabs and, if the validation is successful, enables MP to generate various reports.
Note: Schedule Driver Analysis does not overwrite existing templates when creating and saving new reports.
