Display the Select a Value Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Select a Value dialog box.

To display the Select a Value dialog box:

1. On the Tools tab, click Global Edits.
2. In the Global Edits dialog box, take one of the following actions:
   • Click New.
   • Select a global edit definition and click Edit.
   • In the Global Edit Definition dialog box, click Values.
     Note: The Values button is enabled only when the database contains values that are appropriate to your selection in the Replace Values in field.
