Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Resource Selection Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Resource Selection dialog box

To display the Resource Selection dialog box:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in resource histogram view.
  2. In the General menu group of the View tab, click Select Resource.
    Alternatively, you can right-click an empty space on the view and select Select Resource from the shortcut menu.

    If  you are in a barchart view, you can display the Resource Selection dialog box by selecting the Display Histogram option in the Histogram menu group of the View tab.
