Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Link Activities Dialog Box

You can use the Link/Unilink Activities dialog box to add and remove multiple relationships of the same type between activities.

To display the Link/Unlink Activities dialog box:

  1. Take one of the following actions:
    • From the Data menu group of the Edit tab of the Activity Spreadsheet, Resource Barchart, Activity Barchart, or Network view, select Link/Unlink Activities . This option is enabled only  when you select two or more activities.
    • Right-click the Activity Spreadsheet, Resource Barchart, Activity Barchart, or Network view, and select Link/Unlink Activities from the shortcut menu.
