Display of the Cut Command

Use this procedure to run the Cut command.

To run the Cut command:

1. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the Edit tab, click Cut > Cut Record or Cut Text (depending on what is selected).
   • Press the Ctrl+X keys.
   • From the context menu, right-click Cut, Cut Record, or Cut Text.
