Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Batch Global Edit Definition Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Batch Global Edit Definition dialog box.

To access the Batch Global Edit Definition dialog box:

  1. On the Tools tab, click Batch Global Edits in the Manage menu group.
  2. On the Batch Global Edits dialog box, select an existing batch global edit to copy or modify, or create a new batch global edit to display the Batch Global Edit Definitions dialog box.
