Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Define Resource Histogram Display Options

Use this procedure to define histogram display options.

To define histogram display options:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in resource histogram view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the General menu group of the View tab, click Preferences.
    • Right-click anywhere in the view and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
  3. On the Options tab of the Histogram Preferences dialog box, enter the information for the display options.
  4. When the information is complete, click OK.
