Create a New Email Advisory

Use this procedure to create a new email advisory.

To create a new email advisory:

  1. Open the project for which you want to create an email advisory.
  2. Set up the address list that you want to use for the advisory.
  3. On the Tools tab, click Email Advisor.
  4. In the Advisory Definitions dialog box, click New.
  5. In the Edit Advisor Emails dialog box, enter the information for the advisory.
  6. Click Test to view the advisory that will be sent.
  7. Click OK to return to the Edit Advisor Emails dialog box.
  8. Click Save.
  9. If you want to send the email advisory at this time, click Send.
