Create a New Email Advisory
Use this procedure to create a new email advisory.
To create a new email advisory:
- Open the project for which you want to create an email advisory.
- Set up the address list that you want to use for the advisory.
- On the Tools tab, click Email Advisor.
- In the Advisory Definitions dialog box, click New.
- In the Edit Advisor Emails dialog box, enter the information for the advisory.
- Click Test to view the advisory that will be sent.
- Click OK to return to the Edit Advisor Emails dialog box.
- Click Save.
- If you want to send the email advisory at this time, click Send.
