Use the fields and options to configure the User Defined Fields dialog box.

| Table |
This field enables you to select the data table to which the user defined field applies. |
| New |
Click this button or press the INSERT key on your keyboard to display the New User Defined Field dialog box, which you use to create a user defined field. |
| Copy |
Select an existing user defined field and click this button to create a user defined field based on the selected user defined field. The Copy User Defined Field dialog box displays, and you can edit the name and/or user defined field details. By default, the name starts with "Copy." |
| Edit |
Select an existing user defined field and click this button to display the Edit User Defined Field dialog box, which you use to edit the name and/or user defined field details. |
| Delete |
Click this button or press the DELETE key on your keyboard to delete the selected user defined field. A dialog box displays, asking you to confirm the deletion. |
