Contents of the User Defined Fields Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the User Defined Fields dialog box.

Field Description
Table

This field enables you to select the data table to which the user defined field applies.

New

Click this button or press the INSERT key on your keyboard to display the New User Defined Field dialog box, which you use to create a user defined field.

Copy

Select an existing user defined field and click this button to create a user defined field based on the selected user defined field. The Copy User Defined Field dialog box displays, and you can edit the name and/or user defined field details. By default, the name starts with "Copy."  

Edit

Select an existing user defined field and click this button to display the Edit User Defined Field dialog box, which you use to edit the name and/or user defined field details.

Delete

Click this button or press the DELETE key on your keyboard to delete the selected user defined field. A dialog box displays, asking you to confirm the deletion.
