Contents of the Rollups Dialog Box
Use the fields and options to configure the Rollups dialog box.

| Display for |
The Display for field enables you to select the table that contains the rollup definition you wish to use. When you select a table, the dialog box is populated with all the rollup definitions that have been created for that table. Select a rollup definition and click Apply to perform the rollup for the current file. For numeric fields, the parent object is the sum of its children. For date fields, the Start date of the parent object is the earliest date of its children, and the Finish date is the latest date of its children. If any of the children have a blank finish date, a blank finish date is rolled up to the parent. |

Click this button or press the INSERT key on your keyboard to display the Rollup Definition dialog box which you use to create a rollup definition. |
| Copy |
Select an existing rollup definition and click this button to create a rollup definition based on the selected rollup definition. The Rollup Definition dialog box displays, and you can edit the name and/or rollup definition criteria. By default, the name starts with "Copy." |
| Edit |
Select an existing rollup definition and click this button to display the Rollup Definition dialog box which you use to edit the name and/or selected rollup definition details. |
| Delete |
Click this button or press the DELETE key to delete the selected rollup definition. A dialog box displays, asking you to confirm the deletion. |
