Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Review Baseline Changes Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Review Baseline Changes dialog box.

Baseline Change Preview Grid

Field Description
Project

This field displays the project name.

Activity Id

This field displays the ID of the activity that has changed.

Description

This field displays  the activity description.

Action

This field informs you whether the activity will be added, renamed, deleted, or updated.

If you have both renamed and updated an activity, this column only displays Renamed.

Add / Rename / Delete / Update / Total

These boxes indicate the number of activities that will be added, renamed, deleted or updated, as well as the total number of activities that will change.

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons in this dialog box.

Button Description
Back Click this button to go back to the Update Baseline dialog box if you want to edit your changes.
Continue Click this button to have Open Plan make the changes.
Help Click this button to display the Open Plan help topic.
