Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Project Barchart Preferences Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Project Barchart Preferences dialog box.

Time Now

Field Description
Show Time Now

Select this option to display Time Now on the barchart as a solid line for each project. Use the color palette to specify the line color.

Line Thickness Use this field to enter a number to specify the thickness of the Time Now line measured in pixels. Because pixel size is dependent on monitor resolution, the apparent width of the Time Now line that is displayed on your monitor depends on your resolution settings.
Label Use this field to specify the text that Open Plan displays next to the Time Now line. In addition to regular text, you can also enter a calculated field, for example, 'Time Now: ' + STATDATE displays a Time Now label plus the time now date. If you do not want any label to display, enter a pair of double quotes.

System Date

Field Description
Show System Date Select this option to instruct Open Plan to add a line on the barchart to indicate the System Date. Use the color palette to specify the line color.
