Contents of the Summary Page
Use the fields and options to configure the New File Wizard Summary page.

| Field | Description |

| Name |
This is the name of the file as entered in the New File dialog box. You can change the information in this field on any page of the wizard. |
| Owner |
This field displays your user ID. Because you are creating the file, Open Plan identifies you as its owner. Only you or the security administrator can assign access rights to the file to other users. Access rights are assigned on the Access Control tab of the file’s Properties dialog box. |
| Description |
This field displays the description of the file. While this description may have been entered in the New File dialog box, it may also be entered or changed on any page of the wizard. |
| Project Manager |
Use this field to specify the name of the project manager. While use of this field is optional, the information it contains is used in many reports. |
| Project Manager Email Address |
Use this field to specify the project manager's email address. While use of this field is optional, Open Plan can use the information it contains as the "To" address in the email advisor. |
| Company |
Use this field to specify your company name. |
| Client |
Use this field to specify the name of the client for whom the project is created. |
| Project Priority |
Use this field to specify the priority of the project. Open Plan uses the setting in this field when performing resource scheduling on a number of projects at one time. You can give the project a high priority by entering a low numeric value. |
| Create Summary Usage Upon Saving Project |
Selecting this option instructs Open Plan to populate the Project Summary Usage (PSU) table when the project is saved. Open Plan uses this data when performing resource scheduling on a number of projects at one time. |
| Create Summary Usage Based On |
Enabled when you select the Create Summary Usage Upon Saving Project option, this field enables you to specify the type of dates (early, late, or scheduled) that Open Plan should use when creating the summary usage record. |
