Contents of the Advisory Definitions Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Advisory Definitions dialog box.

Field	Description
[Results]	This box displays a list of available advisory definitions.
New	Use this button to display the Edit Advisor Emails dialog box where you can create a new advisory definition and customize the components of that advisory. You can also press Insert on your keyboard to create a new advisory email.
Copy	Use this button to display the Edit Advisor Emails dialog box where you can create a copy of an advisory definition and manage its components. By default, the advisory definition starts with "Copy."
Edit	Use this button to display the Edit Advisor Emails dialog box where you can make changes to an advisory definition and its components.
Delete	Use this button to delete an advisory definition. A message displays to confirm that you want to delete the selected advisory definition. You can also select an advisory definition and press Delete on your keyboard.
Close	Click to close the dialog box without making any changes.
Send	Click to send an advisory email. A message from your email provider displays to confirm that you want to send the selected advisory definition. A notification displays to confirm that your email was delivered to x number of recipients.
Test	Click to see a preview of the advisory email and information about the number of messages, recipients, and activities that match the filter that you selected for the advisory.
Help	Click to display the dialog box help topic.
