Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change the Spreadsheet Table

Use this procedure to change the spreadsheet table.

To change the spreadsheet table:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in single-table spreadsheet view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the Table menu group of the View tab, click Preferences.
    • Right-click an empty area of the spreadsheet, and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
  3. On the Options tab of the Spreadsheet Preferences Dialog Box, use the Table Name to select the data table to display.
  4. Click OK.
