Change the Spreadsheet Table
Use this procedure to change the spreadsheet table.
To change the spreadsheet table:
- In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in single-table spreadsheet view.

Take one of the following actions:
- In the Table menu group of the View tab, click Preferences.
- Right-click an empty area of the spreadsheet, and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
- On the Options tab of the Spreadsheet Preferences Dialog Box, use the Table Name to select the data table to display.
- Click OK.
