Activate Default Background Tasks

Use these steps to activate default background tasks.

To activate default background tasks:

  1. Go to Background Tasks > Setup > List of Schedule Rules.
  2. Locate the ImportDtmNewHires and SyncEmployeesWithDtmUsers default task generators.
  3. Set up a trigger time pattern and activate these generators.

    • ImportDtmNewHires generator creates tasks to import new hires from Talent Management.

    • SyncEmployeesWithDtmUsers generator creates tasks to synchronize Talent Management users with linked Maconomy employees.
