You must perform a specific setup in Maconomy to enable the integration with Talent Management.

This includes the following:

• Follow steps in Before You Begin
• Maconomy setup in MConfig
• Set up country mapping and state mapping
• Set up reporting structure
• Set up employee creation using employee templates
• Set up Talent Management integration
