Actions

This section shows the Actions available in the Groups workspace.

Top Tab

Field	Description
Create Lines For All Windows	Use this action to create lines for all workspaces available in the system. The lines are displayed in the sub-tab of the workspace. Hereafter, you can specify whether the users of the group should be able to open the workspaces in question and if so, if they should have access to create entries, change existing entries, and delete entries in the workspaces in question.
Delete Lines With No Access Permissions	Use this action to delete the lines in the sub-tab for which it has neither been specified whether the users of the group can open the workspaces in question, create entries, change existing entries, nor delete entries.
Create Lines For All Windows With Full Access	Use this action to create lines for all workspaces with the highest access you can give them. Administrators can give full access to all workspaces. Users with limited administrator rights may only provide access to workspaces they have access to.

Field	Description
Add Window	Use this action to add a window.
	You must have administrator rights, or the proper access, to add all rights to the window.
Delete Window	Use this action to delete a window.
	You must have administrator rights, or the proper access, to remove all rights to the window.
