System Administration
Use the System Administration module to establish and maintain Costpoint system-wide information, and to control security, maintenance of system-wide codes and defaults, and usage management.
This module also provides interfaces and preprocessors to link and transfer data between Costpoint and outside databases, including extensibility (custom) interfaces.

Use screens in the System Administration Controls application group to establish settings and defaults for the entire Costpoint system, set up companies to a Costpoint database, and manage system codes used throughout the system.
System Administration Utilities
Use screens in the System Administration Utilities application group to manage Costpoint usage, synchronize setting control screens, and run toolkits to do clean-up routines or resize dynamic tables and indexes.
Use screens in the Content Management application group to manage content types and application/content links.
Use the Digital Documents applications to configure the document types and Costpoint applications that will use digital signatures.
Add a Custom Logo to the Login Screen
Complete the steps below to add a logo or customize the Costpoint Login screen.
Enable the New UI for the Company
Administrators can make the new UI the default interface for the entire company. Enabling this setting will disable Auto Positioning settings.
Administrators can choose whether individual users can access the new UI.
