  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Postal Code Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

Use this subtask to enter information about non-contiguous postal code selections.

Field Description
Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of postal codes to be included in the process. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Starting Postal Code

Enter, or click  to select, the starting postal code to be included in the process. If you select From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

Ending Postal Code

Enter, or click  to select, the ending postal code to be included in the process. If you select One or To End in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.
