Print Compa-Ratio Report
Use the Print Compa-Ratio Report screen to print a report that presents employee's Compa-ratio statistics.
The Compa-ratio statistic is the employee's percent-of-midpoint within the salary range for the compensation plan grade to which the employee is assigned.
The report compares the most current information in the Manage Compensation Plan Salary Ranges screen to the employee's salary, regardless of the compensation plans' effective dates.
You can print this report at any time after establishing compensation plan salary ranges and after assigning detail job titles and compensation plans to employees in the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
