Contents of the Manage Projected Performance Ratings Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Projected Performance Ratings screen.

Identification

Use the options in this group box to specify the fiscal year and a particular factor for the Merit Percent Increase that applies to this table.

Field Description
Fiscal Year

Enter, or click to select, the four-digit fiscal year to which this table applies.

Factor

Enter the factor to be used to generate this table or to recalculate the Merit Percent Increase. If you want to build this table based on actual values in the Performance Rating tables, enter 0. If you want to increase or decrease the Merit Percent Increase values by clicking Recalculate, then enter the applicable factor.

Note: Enter 2 to double the Merit Percent Increase values, 3 to triple, or 0.5 to decrease the values by half, and so on.

Table Window

Field Description
Compensation Plan

Enter, or click to select, the compensation plan to be included in this table. You can also click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.

Grade

Enter, or click to select, the grade to include for this compensation plan. Click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.

Quadrant/Min-Mid-Max Section

Enter the Quadrant/Min-Mid-Max value to include for this compensation plan, or click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.

Performance Rating

Enter the Performance Rating value to include for this compensation plan, or click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.

Merit Percent Increase

Enter the Merit Percent Increase value to include for this compensation plan, or click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.

Import

Click this button to import the values from the Performance Rating tables. You can edit these values after importing them.

Recalculate

Click this button to recalculate the Merit Percent Increase values based on the factor you have entered. To double the Merit Percent Increase, enter a factor of 2, to decrease the values by half, enter 0.5, and so on.
