Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Deduction Group Limits

If your company offers multiple types of retirement plans (pre-tax, post-tax, and so on), you can use this screen to apply a limit across multiple retirement plans, if applicable.

To implement this, select a group of deductions and set a dollar limit for the group. This screen is accessible to Costpoint Payroll license users.

Warning: If for any reason, the deduction year-to-date (YTD) amounts go over the deduction group limit (through a manual edit), a negative deduction amount will not reverse the amounts to bring them back to the limit. You must manually adjust the values to correct the amount. This is the same functionality for individual deduction limits.
