When payroll is processed, the information set up in this screen is used in conjunction with the Manage Deductions screen. - Manage Deductions
Use this screen to establish company-wide deductions and/or contributions as mandated by your organization. - Manage Deduction Schedules
Use this screen to turn off certain deductions/contributions when creating payroll for regular paychecks, and to turn on certain deductions/contributions when creating payroll for bonus paychecks. - Manage Deduction Group Limits
If your company offers multiple types of retirement plans (pre-tax, post-tax, and so on), you can use this screen to apply a limit across multiple retirement plans, if applicable.
