Set up notifications when an employee makes a change in an ESS application.

Field	Description
Application	This field displays the application for which you want to set up email notifications.
Enable Email Notifications	Select this checkbox if you want the system will to send out email notifications to a specified email address whenever an employee makes any change in the associated application.
Email Notification Address	Enter the Human Resources or other email address where the email notifications will be sent.
