Employee Self Service
The Employee Self Service module provides smart and easy-to-use solutions for your Human Resources (HR) and Payroll needs.
Employee Self Service applications have the power and flexibility to support companies using Deltek Costpoint. A brief listing of some of the capabilities in this module are:
- Maintenance of emergency contacts
- Handling life events
- Benefits enrollment
- Management of payroll-related data, such as withholdings, direct deposits, W-2s, and retirement benefits

Use the screens in the Company application group to view company directory and links. - Personal
Use the screens in the Personal application group to view employee personal information and set up address, phone, and emergency contact information. - Payroll and Benefits
Use the screens in the Payroll and Benefits application group to view employee payroll information and set up employee benefits. - Benefit Activation
Use the screens in the Benefit Activation application group to set up and process elections during life events, open enrollments, and employee retirements. - Self Service Controls
Use the screens in the Self Service Controls application group to set up overall parameters that apply to the Employee Self Service module as well as the settings for taxable entities, life events, state tax, custom text and taxable entity links. - Self Service Utilities
Use the screens in the Self Service Utilities application group to view enrollments that are due, delete expired tasks, and purge data.
