Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Dependents/Beneficiaries

Use this screen to enter, edit, activate, or deactivate your dependents and beneficiaries

You can update the first name, middle name, last name, SSN/government ID, address, and phone information. The relationship, gender, birth date, student status, and handicapped status cannot be changed in this screen since the information have already been conveyed to the benefits provider. In order to update this information, please ask your Human Resources Administrator for guidance.
