Other Tabs

Use these tabs to view and select your other insurance options provided by your company.

You can access this tab through either the Benefits Enrollment screen or the Life Events/New Hires screen. These are additional benefit plans provided by your company.

Note: Benefits administrators can customize the description of these benefit plan tabs on the Manage System Benefit Plans screen. These tabs represent system benefit plans that start with "OTHER" (OTHER2 - OTHER9).

Other Benefit

This table displays your current insurance coverage.

Field Description
Current Plan

This field displays your current insurance election.

Coverage Level

This field displays your current level of coverage (for example, "Employee," "Employee + 1," "Family,").

Current Coverage Amount

This field displays the amount of insurance coverage.

<Frequency> Premium

This field displays your current premium amount, based on the (current) pay frequency ("Monthly," "Semi-Monthly," "Bi-Weekly," or "Weekly").

Current Plan Information

Click to display your plan information if available. If the plan information is not available, “N/A” displays in the field.

Current Start Date This field displays the start date of your coverage.

Select New Coverage Level Click this link to select a new insurance election from the list of plans that are set up in the system.
Select Dependents for Coverage Click this link to cover your dependents under your benefit plan, if required by the benefit plan.
Benefit Plans - Current Beneficiaries Click this link to view your beneficiaries for this benefit plan, if required by the benefit plan.
Select New Beneficiaries for Benefit Plans Click this link to specify beneficiaries for this benefit plan, if required by the benefit plan.
Instructions Click this link to view special instructions from your benefits administrator.
