Use this screen to view information about a manufacturing order (MO) by entering the MO number or a combination of other search criteria. Use the subtasks to view additional MO details such as material requirements, operation routings, costs incurred, material issues, unposted timesheets, posted timesheet history, reliefs, assembly serial/lot numbers, and component serial/lot numbers.
Enter, or click to select, the ID of the manufacturing order that you want to display. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Enter, or click to select, the project of the MOs that you want to display. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Enter, or click to select, the planner of the MOs that you want to display. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Enter, or click to select, a netting group for the MOs that you want to display. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Enter, or click to select, the warehouse for the MOs that you want to display. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Enter, or click to select, the latest MO need date that you want to display. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Enter, or click to select, the ID of the part built by the MO. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Enter, or click to select, the revision of the part built by the MO. Leave this field blank to display all MOs.
Use this group box to select the status of the MOs you want to display. The status of the MOs is set on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen.
Select this check box to include MOs with Planned status. This is checked by default.
Select this check box to include MOs with Firm Planned status. This is checked by default.
Select this check box to include MOs with Released status. This is checked by default.
Select this check box to include MOs with In Shop status. This is checked by default.
Select this check box to include MOs with Closed status. This is unchecked by default.
Select this check box to include MOs with Completed status. This is unchecked by default.
This field displays the MO ID for the manufacturing order line. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you entered an ID in the MO field in the screen header.
This field displays the MO type. Valid values are:
Standard
Customer Repair
Rework
This field displays the MO status. Valid values are:
Planned
Firm Planned
Released
In Shop
Completed
Closed
This field displays the build part ID. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you entered an ID in the Part field in the screen header.
This field displays the revision level for the selected part. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you entered a part/revision number in the Part and Rev fields in the screen header.
This field displays the description of the part/revision. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you entered a part/revision number in the Part and Rev fields in the screen header.
This field is visible only if the Use Part Data Security Controls check box is selected on the Configure Product Definition Settings screen, which indicates that the part is subject to data security restrictions, as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
If enabled, this field displays one of the following values to indicate whether the part you are accessing is subject to part data security restrictions and whether you have the necessary authorization to access information for that part:
Unrestricted— The part is not subject to data security restrictions.
Restricted— The part is subject to data security restrictions and that you are authorized to access detailed part information.
***UNAUTHORIZED***— The part is subject to data security restrictions and that you are not authorized to access or view part information. This value is displayed in red background color.
This field displays the inventory unit of measure assigned to this part on the Manage Parts screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
This field displays the ID of the planner associated with the MO. This field does not display if you entered a Planner as part of the selection criteria.
This field displays the name of the supervisor responsible for this MO.
This field displays the date on which the MO was created.
This field displays the need date of the manufacturing order.
This field displays the date on which the MO is planned for completion.
This field displays the date on which the MO is planned for release. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you did not select the Planned and Firm Planned check boxes in the Select Status group box.
This field displays the date the manufacturing order was actually released.
This field displays the date the manufacturing order will be sent to the shop floor for manufacturing. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you did not check the Planned, Firm Planned, and Released check boxes in the Select Status group box.
This field displays the date the manufacturing order was actually sent to the shop floor for manufacturing.
This field displays the date the manufacturing order was completed.
This field displays the total build quantity for the line in the manufacturing order, regardless of allocations.
This field displays the total quantity relieved for the line in the manufacturing order, regardless of allocations.
This field displays the quantity of the build part that is yet to be completed and relieved to the build-to allocation inventory abbreviation allocated for that row. This quantity is zero if an MO is closed short, even though it may not have been completed.
This field displays the quantity of the build part that has been completed and relieved to the build-to allocation inventory abbreviation allocated for that row. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you did not select the Released, In-Shop, Closed, or Completed check boxes in the Select Status group box.
This field displays the build-to allocation inventory abbreviation for the part being built.
This field displays the name of the built-to allocation inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the project associated with the built-to allocation inventory abbreviation. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you made an entry in the Project field in the screen header.
This field displays the project abbreviation of the build-to project.
This field displays the netting group associated with the build-to project. This field does not display if, as part of the selection criteria, you made a selection in the Netting Group field in the screen header.
This field displays the date that determines the loading of the selected part's bill of material and operation routings depending on their effectiveness as of the provided date.
This field displays the BOM configuration of the item ordered.
This field displays a description of the BOM configuration.
This field displays the warehouse where the MO is being built in. This field does not display if you entered a Warehouse as part of the selection criteria.
This field displays the ID of the organization associated with the MO.
This field displays the abbreviation of the organization ID associated with the MO.
This field displays the type of order (sales order or manufacturing order) referenced.
This field displays the order reference ID of the MO.
This field displays the specified number of levels of explosion for the bill of material for the selected part used to determine material requirements.
This field displays the priority level of the manufacturing order.
This field displays Y (Yes) if material issues have been made against this manufacturing order, or N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if timesheet charges been made against this manufacturing order, or N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if subcontract charges have been made against this manufacturing order, or N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if material issues are allowed for the MO, or N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if timesheet entries are allowed for the MO, or N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if subcontracts are allowed for the MO, or N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if a pick list has been printed for the manufacturing order, or N (No) if not. If the MO document package does not include a pick list, this field displays NA.

This field displays Y (Yes) if component labels have been printed for the manufacturing order, or N (No) if not. If the MO document package does not include component labels, this field displays NA.
This field displays Y (Yes) if a configuration list has been printed for the manufacturing order, or N (No) if not. If the MO document package does not include configuration lists, this field displays NA.
This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether lot tracking is required.
This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether serial tracking is required.
This field displays header notes associated with the manufacturing order. These notes are entered in the Header subtask of the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen and can be printed with the MO documentation.
This field displays expediting notes associated with the manufacturing order. These notes are entered in the Header subtask of the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen and do not print with the MO documentation.
This check box indicates whether or not the manufacturing order was created from Manufacturing Execution (MES).
Select this check box to export this manufacturing order to Manufacturing Execution.
By default, this check box is selected if the build-to-project associated with the MO is selected for export to MES. Otherwise, the check box is cleared and disabled.
Select this check box to export this manufacturing order to Shop Floor Time.
