Use this subtask to view data related to the serial-tracked or lot-tracked parts associated with the selected issue transaction line. Use it whenever you need to view serial/lot data for the issue transaction.
This column displays the manufacturing order ID of the line selected on the main screen.
This column displays the MO type as Standard, Customer Repair, or Rework.
This column displays the MO Status as Planned, Firm Planned, Released, In-Shop, Completed, or Closed.
This field displays the ID of the part that is built in the MO selected on the main screen.
This field displays the revision level for the build part.
This field contains the ID of the issue transaction.
This field displays the line number of the issue transaction.
This field contains the date of the issue transaction.
This field displays the ID of the part issued in the selected transaction line. A description of the part/revision is displayed in the unlabeled field below this field.
This field displays the part revision of the material issued.
This field displays the description of the part/revision issued to the MO.
This field displays the unit of measure of the issued part.
This field displays the serial number for the component part. This field is not displayed if serial tracking is not required. (Serial tracking is determined on the Manage Part Project Data screen or the Manage Parts screen in Costpoint Product Definition.)
This field displays the lot number for the component part. This field is not displayed if lot tracking is not required. (Lot tracking is determined on the Manage Part Project Data screen or the Manage Parts screen in Costpoint Product Definition.)
This field displays the quantity of the part issued with the lot number. This field value is 1 if serial tracking is required. (Serial tracking is determined on the Manage Part Project Data screen or the Manage Parts screen in Costpoint Product Definition.)
This field displays P if the tracked part was originally associated with a purchase order number, or M if associated with a manufacturing order.
This field displays the Manufacturing Order (MO) or Purchase Order (PO) number against which the tracked part was originally received.
This field displays the PO release number against which the tracked part was originally received.
This field displays the PO line number against which the tracked part was originally received.
This field displays the date the vendor's warranty will expire for the tracked part.
This field displays the shelf life expiration date for the tracked part.
This field displays the ID of the vendor who supplied the tracked part.
This field displays the name of the vendor.
This field displays the vendor part number for the tracked part.
This field displays the vendor revision number for the tracked part.
This field displays the ID of the manufacturer who created the tracked part.
This field displays the name of the manufacturer.
This field displays the manufacturer part number for the tracked part.

This field displays the Unique Identification (UID) code.
This field displays the code that represents the method used to create the UID code.
This field displays the unique enterprise identifier assigned by the issuing government agency to the manufacturer, vendor, contractor (and so on...) that is responsible for creating the unique identifier.
This field displays the code associated with the issuing agency, which is an organization responsible for assigning a unique identifier to an enterprise.
