This field displays the part ID for which the MO was created.
The revision level of the part is displayed in this field.
This field displays the part's unit of measure from the main screen.
This field displays the description of the selected part.
This field displays the project number.
This field displays the name of the project.
This field displays the document type of the document associated with the part.
This field displays the ID of the document associated with the part.
This field displays the revision of the document associated with the part.
This field displays the name of document associated with the part.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the status of the document displays here. The system-defined options are:
Unreleased
Released
Obsolete
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, the document size displays here.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Document screen, the document media code displays here.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Document screen, the document CAGE (Contractor and Government Entity) code displays here.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Document screen, the number of sheets in the document displays here.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Document screen, the organization assigned to the document displays here.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Document screen, the document maintenance group displays here.
This field indicates where this document is stored on the network.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Document screen, the last ECN associated with this document displays here. You can access ECN information in the Engineering Change Notices module.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Document screen, this field displays Y (Yes) if the document is referenced on an engineering change notice (ECN) that is pending. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
This field displays the date when the document becomes effective for the part.
This field displays the date when the document stops being effective for the part.
This field displays the configuration of the part.
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on manufacturing order assembly sheets, and N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on routing travelers, and N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on receipt travelers, and N (No) if not.
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on purchase orders, requisitions, and requests for quotes, and N (No) if not.
