Contents of the Approval Timeline Dialog Box

The dialog box displays information about the progress of the expense line based on the approval workflow.

Fields at the Top of the Dialog Box

Summary information from the record is displayed at the top of the Approval Timeline dialog box. The summary information fields that display depend on the selected record type. For example, expense line records display employee, record date, amount, and project information that are associated with the record.

The following fields display expense line information:

Field Description
Employee This field displays the employee name associated with the expense line.
Date This field displays the date when the expense line was created.
Amount This field displays the amount of the expense line. The currency displayed with the amount is based on the currency of the company the employee selected when creating the expense line.
Project This field display the name of the project that is associated with the expense line.
Phase This field displays the name of the phase that is associated with the expense line.
Task This field displays the name of the task that is associated with the expense line.
