Check the Status of an Expense Report

If you have the employee expense approvals workflow enabled, you can check the status of an expense report after it is submitted.

To check the status of an expense report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Expense Report.
  2. At the top of the Expense Report form, enter a complete or partial name or number in the Find expense report lookup field to find and select the expense report that you want to review.
    In the record results drop-down list of the Find expense report field, the status of the expense report is displayed on the right side of the record item.
  3. On the Actions bar, click Other Actions > Show Approvals Timeline.
