Display the Supporting Document Dialog Box in Project Review

You can display the Supporting Document dialog box in Project Review.

  1. On the Navigation menu in the desktop application, click Accounting > Project Review.
  2. Click the Cost tab or Billing tab of the Project Review form.
  3. Click the blue, underlined amount in the Direct Consultant, Direct Expense, Reimbursable Consultant, or Reimbursable Expense fields.
  4. On the supporting details dialog box, click a blue, underlined amount for an expense in the grid.
  5. On the second-level supporting details dialog box, click the icon with the green checkbox in the Document field for an expense in the grid.
    On the Supporting Document dialog box that opens, you can view documents, but you cannot upload them.
    On the second-level supporting details dialog box:
    • If no document is associated with an expense, the icon with the blue arrow displays in the Document field.
    • If an expense is not from an AP voucher, AP disbursement, or an employee expense report, no icon displays in the Document field. Only AP vouchers, AP disbursements, and employee expenses can have supporting documents.
