Configure how the Projects, Phases, and Tasks Display on the Expense Report

You can specify how project, phase, and task entries are displayed on the Expense Report form: by number, by name, or both.

To configure the display of project, :

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Expense Report.
  2. On the Actions bar, click Other Actions > Expense Report Settings.
  3. Use the Project/Phase/Task Display option on the Expense Report Settings dialog box to specify one of the following:
    • Number: Select this option to display the project, phase, and task numbers.
    • Name: Select this option to display the project, phase, and task name.
    • Number - Name: Select this option to display the project, phase, and task number and name.
    • Name - Number: Select this option to display the project, phase, and task name and number.
  4. Click Save.
