  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

What's New

The latest release of Vantagepoint delivers updated dashparts, automated AP invoice approvals, detailed expense and consultant planning, the ability to change your viewing preferences, and other usability enhancements.

Here are a few of the highlights:

  • Expense and Consultant Planning in Calendar Periods: Support more detailed, granular, and accurate planning for expenses and consultants as needed with the flexibility to turn on/off calendar periods with sub-rows in project planning.
  • ICR for AP Invoice Approvals: Automate the creation of AP invoice approval records with intelligent character recognition (ICR) technology, eliminating manual data entry of AP invoice details. And, improved document viewing and approval review for managers and accounting through the new display pane.
  • NEW KPI Dashparts: Provide leadership with clear visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) or key metrics including progress toward KPI targets.
  • NEW Dark Mode User Preference: Give each user the flexibility to choose their display preferences with the new Dark Mode option.
  • User-Suggested Usability Improvements: Use enhancements based on user feedback including holiday hours auto-populating on timesheets, a warning displayed when time is entered on a different period than the current period, the ability to edit scheduled reports, the option to retain a copy of a voided invoice, and more.
  • Improved Dashpart Calculations: Get the results you need by first filtering records to the records and dates you need, then calculating your results on just those filtered amounts.
