CRM Summary

There are several different types of summary reports. As an overall explanation, the CRM Summary reports provide all details for the selected application in separate sections.

CRM Summary reports can contain information from more than one grid in an application. For example, a CRM project summary report could have broad-ranging report information that contains details from the Overview tab, associated contacts, associated firms, associated team members, and others.

List

The List reports display a columned list of all the related records. For example, an Activity List report can display all scheduled activities for a selected hub record, while a Project List report can provide a listing of your projects from the Projects hub.

Note: Only one grid can be included in a list report at any one time.
