Change the Default Caption

You can change the default captions of column headers in the Expense Report grid.

If Vantagepoint is set up to use multiple languages, see Screen Designer and Multiple Languages for some special considerations.

To change the default caption of a column header:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Expense Report.
  2. On the Actions bar on the Expense Report form, click Other Actions and then click Design.
  3. In the Grid Properties area of the Screen Designer form, select the icon next to Field Type.
  4. On the Grid Settings dialog box, in the Column Caption field, click the column caption that you want to change.
  5. Enter the new caption and then click Save.
  6. In the Screen Designer mode of the Expense Report form, click Save on the Actions bar.
