Schedule Dialog Box

Use the Schedule dialog box to schedule a process or report to run at a later time.

This dialog box is available in applications for which you can use process servers, such as Reporting, Utilities, Transaction Center, Workflows, Batch Billing, Dashboards, and Payment Review. The fields and options that display on the dialog box vary depending on which application you are using. You can access the Schedule dialog box in the following ways:
  • Click Other Actions > Edit Schedule Options on the Reporting [Edit Scheduled Report] form. This form becomes available when you select the Edit Scheduled Report grid option for a specific scheduled report on the Scheduled tab of the Reporting form.
  • Click Schedule on the Actions bar of the currently selected application form.
  • Click Options > Schedule on the Schedule Workflows form.
  • Click Schedule Download on the Daily Exchange Rates form.
  • Click Schedule on the Email Remittance dialog box.
  • Click Schedule to Post on the Transactions grid.
  • Click Create Invoices on the Actions bar of the Batch Billing form.
  • Click Schedule on the Refresh Billing Extensions form.
  • Click Schedule on the Update Billing Status form.
  • Click Schedule on the Project Closeout form.
  • Click Schedule on the Refresh Summary Tables form.
  • Click Yes on the Batch Deletes confirmation dialog box.
  • Click Schedule on the Refresh tab of the Analysis Cubes form.
  • Click Schedule Dashpart on the Dashpart Designer form if you are working on a dashpart with the Favorite Report dashpart base.
  • Click Schedule Dashpart on the Table Options dialog box, which is available from the Dashpart Designer form.
  • Click Schedule Dashpart on the Chart Options dialog box, which is available from the Dashpart Designer form.
  • Click Schedule New Number on the Assign New Project Number dialog box in the Projects hub.
