Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Download Report As Dialog Box

Use the Download Report As dialog box to select the file format to which you download a favorite or standard report directly to your computer.

This direct download method bypasses the building of a report preview, allowing for quick, on-the-fly access to a generated report. You can then open the report in the application associated with the file format that you selected, and either print the report or save it to your computer.
