  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Restore Default Batch Billing Options

If you specified that a set of saved options prefill on the Invoice Creation tab in Batch Billing each time that you open the Batch Billing form and now you do not want these settings to prefill any longer, you can restore the Vantagepoint system defaults.

A set of saved options prefills in the fields on the Invoice Creation tab each time that you open Batch Billing if you selected the Make Preferred checkbox on the Saved Options dialog box when you saved the options on the Invoice Creation tab.

Restoring the system default settings does not affect your saved sets of Batch Billing saved options.

To restore the default settings for Batch Billing runs:

  1. On the Navigation pane, select Billing > Batch Billing.
  2. On the Billing Session Options dialog box, complete the information for the session and click OK.
  3. On the Invoice Creation tab of the Batch Billing form, click beside Saved Options at the upper right of the tab and click Restore Defaults.
    Vantagepoint restores the default settings for Batch Billing runs.
