Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Refresh Project Report Summary Table

You can run this utility at any time. Deltek recommends that you schedule it to run every night or during off-hours. If you do so, numbers on the reports are accurate as of the preceding night, for all users.

You can schedule this process via the process server.

To run the Refresh Project Report Summary Table utility:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Updates > Refresh Summary Tables.
  2. On the Refresh Summary Tables form, in the Refresh Project Summary Table section, click Run to run the process immediately or click Schedule and complete the Schedule dialog box to run the process at another time.
