Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Add New Dashpart Dialog Box

Access the dialog box from the Dashboard form.

These steps do not apply when you are using Vantagepoint on a tablet or smart phone.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Dashboards.
  2. On the Dashboard form, click Edit Mode to enable editing.
    The availability of the Edit Mode option is determined by your access rights in Security Settings.

    The Edit Mode toggle option is not enabled when you use a tablet or smart phone to access Vantagepoint.

  3. On the edit mode toolbar, select an action:
    • Click + New Dashpart.
    • Click Dashpart Library to display the Dashpart library pane and then click + New Dashpart.
